General Adolf ''Dolfo'' Joseph Ferdinand Galland [1912 1996] was a World War II German fighter pilot and commander of German fighter Groups JG 26 and JV 44 from 1941 to 1945. Galland achieved 103 aerial victories and was awarded the Knight's Cross with oak leaves, swords and diamonds, one of only 27 to receive this award. Listed for auction is a photograph signed by Adolf Galland. The photograph is a b/w military image which is signed ''Adolf Galland'' in black felt pen. The photograph measures 5.00 x 6.50 inches and is in fine condition. The autograph is authentic and is a nice example of this noted German fighter pilot.
