Pair of Meiji Period PEACOCK Porcelain Lidded Vases/Ginger Jars/Urns 

ITEM DESCRIPTION

This auction is for a pair of porcelain Japanese Meiji period lidded vases/ginger jars/urns. Both pieces are decorated with peacocks standing among various flowers with a pagoda in the background; both pieces have the "crackle" effect. These pieces measure 15" x 4 3/4" with a 23" circumference, each weigh 4 pounds and bears the maker's marks.

CONDITION

These pieces are in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or damage. Please see photographs.
