Very good condition. Smoke free home. Artist, Robert LoGrippo, has signed and dated bottom right corner of lithograph. Artist also sketched a small picture in the left hand corner. The border around the actual lithograph has a few small spots of discoloration (shown in photos). If framing the print, these small spots will not be seen. Only the border appears to have these small blemish marks. See photos for measurements and further details. Sold as is as shown in photos. Will most likely arrive rolled and carefully packaged.
