This listing is for the service of repairing a damaged charging port on the iPad Air 4th and 5th Generations. Here is a breakdown of how the service works:

Step 1: You purchase this service (or another similar service) from my eBay store. When the item is purchased a member of our staff will reach out to you with the address where the iPad should be sent.

Step 2: Once the shipping address has been provided you will pay for the shipping costs to the business, and ship the iPad to us. We request in shipping that no cases, chargers or any other accessories be included. Just the iPad itself.

Step 3: Once we have received the iPad we will reach out to notify you, and let you know the estimated time for completion. (The average time frame is 1-2 business days for completion depending on current volume)

Step 4: Once the iPad has been repaired we will pay for the shipping back to your location. The shipping address we will use will be the one provided on eBay with the original purchase of the service unless told otherwise.

Step 5: Repaired! Enjoy your fixed iPad.

If for some reason the iPad cannot be repaired due to extensive damage past the port, we offer a full refund with the exception of the return shipping costs of the device.

We also stand by our work. If an iPad has problems with the port within 6 months we will offer a warranty repair service for free with the exception of the shipping costs it takes to get the device here. (We would pay for return shipping)
