It is advised to use the driver from the OEM site: Zebra Value Class Driver Version V9.00.
This software is indicated to be compatible with Windows 7/8 but 10 is not listed. However, we have successfully tested in Windows 7 and 10 environments. The option to turn off "single feed" (front-loading) has only been found within that driver software, and not elsewhere in our experience. If you want to utilize the function to feed cards from the hopper, single feed must be turned off (within the software). Otherwise the only way to feed cards would be manually, from the front, as indicated in the manual. 

The buyer is responsible to confirm compatibility of this item with their existing system/setup.
