Vintage Rare 1960s St Louis Cardinals Bobblehead or Nodder. Fred Bird. Date is hard to read - but believe it is 1968. (On bottom).

Hat has a little paint loss and scoot on base has some issues. Color on Fred himself is very nice. I have not tried to clean up in any way.
