A handmade tea cosy suitable for a one cup stainless steel tea pot without a large spout  - 120z/300ml size (see photo, teapot for display only). My stainless  steel pot has the following approximate measurements: circumference 28 cm, height 9 cm, tip of spout to widest point of handle 15 cm.

The cosy is made from a novelty print fabric featuring items associated withthe seaside (see photo), and is lined with plain blue fabric

The cosy is approximately 16 cm high and 20 cm wide; and the coaster is 12 cm x 12 cm.

Fabric - mixed cotton.

Both items are padded with insul-bright needled insulated wadding so the tea cosy will not appear as bulky as some cosies. Insul-bright consists of polyester fibres needle-punched through a nonwoven substrate and through a reflective metalised film. The needled material breathes and won't break down with washing. The fibre resists conduction while the reflective metallised film resists radiant energy. The energy, hot or cold, is reflected back to its source. Not for use in the microwave.

Items may be hand washed or machine washed on a 'delicate' low temperature wash cycle. Wash dark colours separately.
