Case has some cosmetic damage from a scotch tape on top. Case is good condition. Outer material has some scratches from use. Case still works good, and it still will protect your camera. I don't see anything broken, no cracks. It looks and works good.  

I think it was made for Hasselblad V500 645 cameras with waist level finder.
