Narrow lace straps with the shoulder showing and then a short sleeve that rests on the arms. The material gathers on the sides - beautiful design. The length from the shoulder to the bottom edge measures 45 inches. The width across the front from underarm to underarm when lying flat measures 20.5 inches. The shoulder straps are elastic and the material of the dress itself is stretchy as well. New without tags.
