INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS, will be shipped for $1.65 in a 1st class stamped envelope or greeting card, without tracking, and could take up to a couple of weeks to arrive. (This keeps you from paying $16 USD shipping for a postcard that you may have purchased for a few dollars.)
