Packages and Boxes are only opened to check if all of the contents are inside and in working order. Boxes may arrive appearing slightly damaged but rest assured that it has been packaged with care. If there are any issues with the process of our transaction I will 

do everything In my power to correct it. If there are any questions or concerns I will reply to your message as quickly as possible.
