This outfit is handmade and looks like it has little to no wear. Pants are black, turtleneck sweater is green with black stripes. Combat boots are black. Backpack has an attached walkie-talkie, a working snap, and holds a full water bottle.

I assume these are sized to a Ken doll but they do look large, and the military boots and accessories make me think it could fit a GI JOE.
