I’m not too familiar with the grade of “Authentic Altered.” I imagine it means the card is real, but maybe someone altered the card by trimming, coloring it, or something else, and it couldn’t get a grade because of that. I’m not sure though. Based on my observations, the top left corner is bent, and the others have tiny dings. There are also chips along the edges. It is somewhat off-centered. In my opinion, the surface looks nice on the front and back.
