The Items we sell are all used parts from UK right hand drive vehicles. Therefore, it is inevitable that there are some age-related marks, scratches and dents. All parts were fully working on the donor car.

Engines need to be fitted by qualified mechanics for any warranty to be valid. We recommend a new timing belt / cam belt kit, as this is one of the most common reasons for engine failure. We ship our engines and gearboxes with no oil. Please refill the engine/gearbox with manufacturers recommended oil grade before attempting to start the engine
Ecu, body control modules and other electrical items may need to be re-programmed to your car
Delivery Information
Delivery times are stated clearly on eBay. Where possible we will send out items as soon as possible. Please note if you ordered after 12.00pm it will take one working day to be collected by the courier.
We use eBay Global Shipping Programme to send our items abroad. Please note when checking delivery status most of the times it is indicates as delivered when being in transit. Since the item delivered to GSP centre, we do not have any responsibility for it and with any questions you shall contact eBay customer service.
Your Pallet Delivery (engines, gearboxes, doors, bonnets, tailgates and other big and heavy items) will be made on working day between 8.30AM AND 5.30PM. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods as a failed delivery will either mean you will have to pick up the item yourself or you will incur £25 redelivery charges which will need to be paid before the delivery is made. Please check the condition before signing accepted in good condition.
Please note all international sales to offshore addresses will be liable for extra freight charges. Examples of this would be that Canary Islands are not mainland Spain, French colonies like Mauritius & La Reunion are not mainland France and cannot be expected to have the same postage costs.
Warranty and Returns
All items come with a 90 days warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty relates to the supplied part(s) only, it expressly excludes any consequential loss & fitting/ labour charges. If an item arrive faulty, damaged or was lost in the post, we will send you a replacement. If a replacement is not available, then a full refund will be issued. If you buy the item by mistake, you change your mind or don't check part number, you are welcome to send the item back at your expense. If any unauthorised alterations are found to have been made to a part then any return will be refused. Refunds are issued within 1-2 working days of part returned.
