    II. Damaged during transport:

If you notice any damage and/or signs of tampering with the outer packaging, you MUST ensure that the delivery person notes this damage on the delivery receipt. Once you have ensured that the damage note is on the delivery receipt, inform the delivery person that you refuse to accept the damaged package, then contact us immediately.
