You can remove the blue protective film covering the adapter.

When you connect the adapter into your phone, you will see a "Beats" device trying to connect and a "CONNECT" button which you have to click. The adapter will then start working.

  • Before use, please connect the headphone to the adapter first and then connect the adapter to your phone.
  • If it still doesn't work, remove the adapter from the phone, reverse it and re-plug it again.
