Overall nice condition for almost 60 years old.

Rare collector’s issue.

Not a professional grader. Private seller, not a dealer. Condition is my opinion.

Original purchase in 1980s from comic store. In climate controlled, boxed, home storage 40 years.

Priced for collector wanting to fill gap in collection with a rare edition for a reasonable cost.

I have tried to cover condition details as best possible.
