The box is in excellent condition. It includes the insert for holding the cartridge. It may have a very few little marks or indentations.

Note: For shipping, I intend to protect the box by emptying it and folding it back flat. Then you can fold it back into shape. That will keep it from getting crushed during transport. Please let me know if you prefer I don't do that.
