• On some pairs zip may be very stiff. If you zip it up and down fast a few times it will loosen up and will be fine. Make sure there is nothing blocking the zip before doing this as if the material gets caught it can rip the material. On some pairs the zip might open in the middle but this can be fixed again by zipping it down and up. Zip is defective and a return will not be accepted if it should break. Also, the lining or upper material may peel.
