Vintage Haliburton-Style Camera Case Aluminum Metal WITH KEYS Japan 13"x 12" MCM

Please Note that I do not believe this to be an actual "Haliburton", but it is definitely styled after those original cases.  That is why the wording "Haliburton-Style" is used in the title.

In good overall, gently used condition!  See all pics!  It does have wear on the outside from age and use.  Wear is present in the form of light scratches, rubs, and a some small dings here and there.  See all pics.

COMES WITH 2 ORIGINAL KEYS!  MOST OF THESE I'VE SEEN LISTED OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS NEVER HAVE THE KEYS WITH THEM!  The locks are a little stiff, but may be able to be loosened up with some lubrication.

Made in Japan (see pics 17 & 18).  I'm not sure what this was originally intended for, but the locks are branded "Tokyo Lock" which I noticed, while researching this, seems to be a popular lock used on many vintage camera cases.

The inside has some remnants of dried up adhesive from where the case originally had foam installed on each side (see pics 12-15).  The foam has long since broken down and disintegrated.  It had a lot of foam dust inside when I got it, but I vacuumed it out and wiped it down.  The adhesive remnants are completely dry and could just be sprayed over with new adhesive if you decide to install new foam.

This case measures just under 13" x just under 12".  See last 2 pics!  These are outer measurements so the inner measurements are slightly less.

This would be great for camera / camera equipment storage or firearm storage.  With new foam installed this case would offer some sturdy protection!  Please Note that if using for firearms this may not offer the best in protection in child safety.  For that I would recommend a home safe or modern security cases.

Please Note that it is ultimately up to the buyer to confirm compatibility with their needs and fit for any equipment to be stored BEFORE purchase.
