Deliveries

Drop only to room of choice service (FREE) - Due to the current lockdown restrictions this service has been changed to drop only to the front door.

We offer a FREE 2 man delivery service to most UK mainland locations.

Where a postcode is exempt from this FREE service the delivery charge will be shown at the checkout prior to placing the order.

Charges are based on the product(s) ordered and the delivery postcode. Additional items added to your basket are charged at a reduce delivery fee, so you should always try and place your order complete in one basket.

All products displayed on the site are in stock and available for immediate delivery. Where multiple items have been ordered they will all be delivered at the same time. Deliveries normally take between 5 -7 working days. Some postcodes may take longer and the estimated delivery time for all postcodes is shown at the checkout prior to placing the order.

Delivery can only be made if there is clear access to the property for a 7.5t vehicle and the route within your property to the room of choice.

The items will be left in the room and will not be unpacked.

The courier does not offer an option for removal and disposal of your old furniture.

The courier will contact you to arrange delivery, you will initially be offered a suitable delivery date and then a 4 hour delivery window nearer to the time. Where a delivery date is accepted and the courier attempts to make delivery and you are either not available or the access to your property is not clear, a failed delivery charge will apply and a new delivery attempt will only take place once this charge has been paid, this includes postcodes that would normally benefit from the FREE service.

Returns

Returns and cancellations

We hope you will love your Home Origins purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you are not entirely satisfied, please see below for our returns policies.

Cancellation of order prior to delivery

You can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery with no charge. All you need to do is let us know via the website link within the order.

Once we have confirmed that we have received your cancellation pre delivery, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used to pay for your order.

Return of delivered items

You can return your unused item(s) up to 14 days from the day you received your order, just notify us via the website link within your order.

Items can only be returned in their original unopened condition. We charge a collection fee dependent on the item(s) you are returning and your postcode. We will let you know the cost before arranging the return.

Once the items have arrived back in our warehouse and have been inspected you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used, less the cost of collection. Any items returned not in their original sealed packaging or with signs of damage or use will not be refunded.

Refunds made may not show in your account straightaway due to the clearing times required by banks to process the refunds. Typically this can take up to 7 working days, but varies depending on the bank.

Damaged items

Each of our items of furniture undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection before packing.  Furthermore, the internal packaging of each product is highly engineered and tested to ensure that our furniture moves seamlessly through the delivery process and arrives to you, our customer, without issue.

However, in the unlikely event that you do find fault with the furniture you have received, whether as a result of transit damage or manufacturing issue, we would ask that you fill out the necessary information on the website link within your order that will cover details such as your order number, date of manufacture label (affixed to the product) and photos of the product and detailed photos of the damage in question.  You are also able to e-mail this information, however this may delay the speed at which your request can be dealt with.

Once we have received all of the required information we can determine the best course of action.  In many instances where the issue is minor we can send out a skilled technician to resolve and make good to its original state.  For more serious issues or if a minor repair is not acceptable we will offer a full replacement of the faulty item to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
