MATCHED PAIR RUSSIAN MADE 6P14P-K - EL84 EQUIVALENT.

On offer is a close matched pair of Russian made, vintage, 6P14P valves/tubes, these are the Russian close equivalent of EL84/6BQ5 valves/tubes, - part of a bulk purchase I made around 15 yrs ago for a project that did not work out, dates codes are from 70's with grey labels through to the 80's and 90's with red labels. Internal construction is identical to some Sovteks I purchased at the same time, Russian valves have a good reputation for being good solid valves/tubes, and were supplied as standard issue in many amps, while they all test at or close to 100% I believe they are used, plenty of life left in these very affordable tubes, do your homework and check suitability before buying.

I have taken the trouble to match them in pairs, matched for anode/plate current - bias voltage - and Gm/transconductance within 5 percent of each other - see photo for typical test results, as I consider them used I have taken the trouble to run each pair in one channel of a Dynaco ST35 amp for around 45min to 60min as a final test.
