Sebastian Bach (b.1968) is a Canadian singer who achieved mainstream success as the front-man of American rock band Skid Row from 87-‘96. Formed in ’86 by bassist Rachel Bolan & guitarist Dave Sabo. The pair recruited guitarist Scotti Hill & drummer Rob Affuso. Bach replaced original singer Matt Fallon in ’87 after the band spotted 18-year-old Bach singing at a friend’s wedding. The band achieved commercial success in the late ‘80s & early ‘90s with albums Skid Row ('89) & Slave to the Grind ('91). Subhuman Race ('95) was also critically acclaimed. Following disagreements over musical material, Bach left the band in ’96. He continues a solo career, acts on Broadway & has made appearances in film & TV.
