If there are some delayed troubles caused by Customs, such as the package detained in Customs, customer should take full responsibility for it. If needed, customer should better clear the Customs in person. But as a seller, we will try our best to assist customers in the process.

We are willing to accept returns for any reason.
1.Defective or Wrong Products. You may return the goods for exchange or Refund   (within 30 days long); but please communicate us to offer pictures before return. We are responsible for the return shipping cost.
2.Non-defective and Right Products. It also can be returned if you are not satisfied with the product, but you need to return it within 7 days after item arrival and pay for return shipping cost. Please make sure that the product has not been used and with original packing.
