Sweet little blouse with a ruffled top. Wear it on or off the shoulder. Pale, lemon yellow cotton blend fabric. Floral eyelet lace. It's a very lightweight top. 65% polyester, 35% cotton. Made in Canada in the late 70s, early 80s by Ziba.

Very good condition. I replaced the old elastic, which had lost its stretch. The only wee item to note is two very, very faint spots on the ruffle by the shoulder on one side. Please see the photo... and squint to see them!
