Width across the bottom of the hems is 10.5 inches ( measured laid flat )
The rise measures 8.25 inches
I have measured the waist band and they measure 32.5 inches and inside leg as 32.5 inches
The jeans are 74% Cotton 24% Polyester and 2% Elastane so they have a little bit of stretch
