For the categories of Disc Media: CD's, DVD's, Blu-ray,
Video Games, etc, care will be taken to indicate if deep scratching exists on the surface and if extensive damage exists on case. For CD Jewel boxes, most of the damaged ones will be replaced at time of mailing out, so you will be pleasantly surprised to find intact ones upon receipt of item!
