Returns are only accepted within 30
days of the purchase date, after which time these units are non-changeable and
non-refundable. During those 30 days there is a $75 restocking fee if the unit
is returned. For units already within 30 days of arrival or for units whose
dates have already passed, there are no changes and no refunds. There is a $75
restocking fee for any unit where payment has already been received. Date
changes are generally not accepted or available.
