Rare Vintage 1974 HG Toys Spider-Man Hulk 12" Round Jigsaw Puzzle

Missing a few pieces and a few broken tips. The piece in the 4th picture in spider-mans belt area is “broken” in half but still works for the puzzle. Box is rough with writing and tape as shown.
