About return product

If the goods you bought are damaged, please contact our sales staff immediately. We will give you a reply after receiving the message. If it is our commodity problem, we will bear the freight charges for you and replace it for you after receiving the returned products or spare parts. If you don't like it for personal reasons, the freight will be charged by you. We will refund the full amount of the product when it is returned to you.

Detailed requirements for return and exchange are as follows:

1. The returned goods must be in good condition (spare parts and accessories), product logo, UPC code without any stain or alteration.

2. The returned goods must be transported in a way that can see the logistics status. We recommend China Post EMS.

3. After you send back the returned goods, please send the logistic number and inform our salesmen immediately so that we can master the state of the goods transportation.

4. We will give you priority when we receive the returned goods. Please keep in touch with our sales staff during this period.

We currently ship to many countries around the world. Depending on the customs requirements of some countries, you may be responsible for customs clearance and payment of fees.
