The LC-50 cabinet creates a demountable frame, consisting of a bottom, ceiling and four supports to which horizontal rails are attached. Slats are attached to the vertical rails to enable the installation of a 19" device. The front of the cabinet is equipped with a glass door made of transparent tempered safety glass (EN 12150-1). The door has a max. opening angle of 180 ° and is equipped with a cylinder lock with single-point locking. The design allows you to change the direction of door opening. Removable rear doors and side covers are fastened with cylinder locks that can be opened with the same key as the front door. Cable entries with dust protection are located in the rear wall. There are holes in the ceiling and floor for cable entry and the hot air outlet are closed with replaceable plugs. The plugs can be removed from the holes by cutting the bridges that connect them to the bottom or ceiling of the cabinet. The holes for the discharge of warm air are suitable for mounting the VI-2, 4 or 6 ventilation system . Cable openings allow for the introduction of power cables with a three-phase plug. 19" vertical slats The shelf consists of two pairs of 19" vertical slats with a print to determine the height of the assembled equipment. The design of the cabinet allows you to change the position of the vertical slats deeper into the cabinet. Connecting cabinets There are holes on the sides of the cabinet at the top and bottom, allowing assembly of cabinets into teams. To connect two cabinets, additional connecting material must be used. The cabinets can be assembled into teams without the need to dismantle the side covers. Degree of protection IP20 in accordance with EN 60529. Does not apply to the cable entry with an anti-dust brush. Guaranteed load capacity Maximum permissible weight the total weight of the device installed inside the cabinet cannot exceed: 1,360 kg for a 1,000 mm cabinet mounted on feet, a pedestal or directly on the floor (does not apply to the height of a 24U cabinet) 1,000 kg for a cabinet depth of 600 mm or 800 mm at all heights on feet, pedestal or directly on the floor and for a 24U cabinet with a depth of 1000 mm, 500 kg in the case of a standing cabinet on typical wheels. Load capacities are guaranteed with uniform static loads. Leveling and leveling Each wardrobe has four excellent leg elements. They enable the cabinet to be placed on an uneven surface. If the legs are not used, the wardrobe can be placed directly on the floor. There are no protruding elements at the bottom of the wardrobe. Grounding, shielding, zeroing The housing has a set of grounding lines ensuring continuity of electrical connections. The design of the individual components of the cabinet allows for making grounding connections. The cabinet is standardly equipped with protective cables with a cross-section of 6 mm2, taking into account the cabinet load up to 63A, above this value, use cables with a cross-section of 10 mm. Protection of the cabinet against corrosion As standard, the cabinets are covered with layers of powder paint in RAL 7035. Internal assembly parts, such as vertical 19" rails and partition walls, are covered with a layer of Al-Zn alloy. Accessories It is possible to order large quantities of 19" equipment, such as shelves, caps, cable organizers and many others, including special accessories upon customer request.
