Publication: Kleine Weltchronik. Schonsperger, Augsburg, 1496. 1st edition incunabulum, with German text. A pirate copy known as the Small Schedel being a reduced-in-size, and text, version of Hatman Schedel's  Nuremberg Chronicle or Weltchronik (Registrum hujus operis libri cronicarum).

Condition: Generally good. The text pages are 527 years old and has been repeatedly read, as such the pages show greasy finger marks as well as general staining & age toning. A good paper conservator should be able to clean the paper sympathetically. Tears on pages (if any) have, in the past, been been secured. There may be instances of paper flaws, printer's creases and manuscript additions. The attached images form part of the condition report, please review carefully before bidding.
