This item is a customer return. I am unsure if its function (Can't be tested because that would render this product from "New" to "Used").  Upon inspection, the product does look to be brand new.  There are no signs of use.  No dust pockets.  No wear and tear.  No dirty accumulation.  It looks clean and spotless.  Because it is a customer return, Open Box, I am reducing the price.  If you have any issues, I do offer a 60-day, free return.
