Here we have an absolutely stunning early Art Deco Solid sterling silver centrepiece / Fruit Bowl, simply top quality!

The gauge of silver used in the making of this piece is incredible, very heavy gauge with a beautiful depth of shine, a wonderful impressive fruit bowl weighing over 470 grams of sterling silver. 

The quality and workmanship that has gone into the making of this bowl is remarkable, beautiful detailing, circular in form with curved sides and shaped rim which has fine gadroon design with 4 acanthus designed motifs to the border,

Standing in mint condition on a flat base (underside of the flat base, contact surface area has some scratches. To be expected ).
