The is a very rare & clean 1967 Gibson ES-335TDC a true stunner we’ve just acquired. It’s got a very cool & grainy see-thru cherry finish only made during its mid-late 60’s production run. Its 1 piece mahogany neck has a nice full feeling to it & has what appears as a late Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard, as Gibson started steering away from Brazilian in the mid 60’s. These guitars had laminate maple bodies, but are very resonant and vibrant sounding. It’s 2 Pat. Sticker Humbucking pickups are what you’d expect & along w/its original ABR-1 “Tune-o-Matic” bridge w/its original nylon saddles makes these late 335’s simply superb players guitars. Still sporting its original frets & its chrome tailpiece. Its multi-layer black/white’gard & chrome capped black knobs finish her off just beautifully. She comes equipped w/a nice original period Black/maroon lined gator hard case.
