Listing for a unique spacer plate to increase the oil capacity of the standard transfer box.  Manufactured from 19mm thick billet 6082 T6 Aluminium, this item will fit between the transfer box and the original pressed steel plate.

Machined gasket faces ensure excellent contact to ensure a leaktight joint at the transfer box face. 

The plate is provided with extended bolts (1/4" UNC) to accommodate the full 19mm thickness of the plate edge and the original sump plate and gasket.

Bolts provided are stainless steel with copper washers - eliminates potential oil leaks through the threads.

Provided the transfer box joint face is in good condition, then a gasket is not necessary - simply use a smear of RTV silicone sealant, however a suitable OEM or equivalent gasket (not supplied) will be required between the spacer and the original sump plate.

The the spacer plate will give an extra 750cc of oil capacity compared to standard.

Note: will require the removal of original studs to accommodate the bolts. Alternatively the studs can be replaced with longer studs suitable for the extra plate thickness.

This spacer is also compatible with a unique Union Jack sump plate (see separate listing). When combined with the Union Jack plate, an extra 1000cc of oil capacity is created. This arrangement is shown in the last two photographs of this listing.

The spacer plate can also be used with a standard sump plate to give an extra 750cc of oil capacity, but you will need to use a suitable gasket against the original sump plate (and RTV silicone at the transfer box face).

If ordering the Union Jack plate and the spacer, a set of longer bolts will be supplied with copper seating washers.

Note this listing is for the spacer plate, c/w bolts only. The Union Jack sump plate is a separate listing.
