Navy plastic D ring for overall closure. These are labeled as 6 to 9 months, but they are as long as the 24 month Carters Rompers.

Overall length  23" with full cuff

Very good condition. No stains noted. No rips, tears. Snaps seem like they are tight, but they have not been baby tested for many years.
