The photos shown in the ad are real and reflect the aesthetic state of the goods. Please read CAREFULLY all the photos in the advert to clearly understand the conditions of the product. The photos of the spare part are therefore descriptive and you will receive the goods exactly as you see them in the photos in the advertisement. Any cosmetic defects are visible in the photos. The spare parts are tested and working. For doubts about compatibility, general questions, requests for further photos, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will respond as soon as possible.
Payment for the goods must take place within 48 hours unless previously agreed upon with the sales manager. In the event of goods not being paid for within 48 hours, the company reserves the right to cancel the order by reporting the unpaid item to eBay.
Once payment availability has been verified, orders placed on eBay are processed and shipped the following working day. Delivery of the goods generally takes place within two working days on most national destinations (ITALY), with the exception of islands and areas that are difficult to reach, and except for delays or problems attributable to the courier. When ordering, it is mandatory to communicate a valid mobile phone contact, as a reference, to facilitate the delivery operation. Upon delivery, the customer is required to verify the integrity of the package delivered to him. In the event of a damaged package, the customer is required to contest the incident with the carrier by placing the words "WITHOUT WITHDRAWAL" on the transport document and contacting us later to report the incident in the event that the item inside is actually damaged.
Our goods enjoy the Right of Withdrawal as required by Italian law. Within the period specified in the announcement, we accept the return of the goods which must be sent back to the same departure address. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can easily return them as long as they have not been tampered with.
