If the customer does not select the appropriate shipping costs, the order will be canceled.

IMPORTANT: If you need an invoice for a company or individual, all tax information including VAT or ID number must be provided, otherwise, it will be invoiced as a simplified receipt without the possibility of change afterwards.

The buyer is responsible for tariffs, customs charges, taxes, and fees generated in the destination country of the shipment.

General Return Conditions of RECICLADOS AUTO4, SL, hereinafter referred to as THE COMPANY:

Shipping and collection costs in case of return will be at your expense.

THE COMPANY offers its customers, excluding control units or electronic components, a minimum warranty period of 1 year according to the material type accepted in the warranty books, as per the provisions of Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007.

If a breakdown occurs during the warranty period, you must notify and deliver the warranty item to THE COMPANY for evaluation and replacement or refund. If the item is not defective, a voucher of equivalent value redeemable for parts in stock will be provided.

The warranty does not cover labor costs, defects, damage caused by part failure, improper assembly, or failure to follow manufacturer's maintenance instructions. All parts have a maximum return period of 7 days, provided they are not tampered with and the invoice verifying the purchase is presented; returns will not be accepted after this period. According to Article 18 of Royal Decree 782/98 implementing Law 11/97 on Packaging and Packaging Waste, the end possessor is responsible for delivering the used packaging material for proper environmental management. To make such a return, please note that:

1. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

2. The product must not have been tampered with and must retain its warranty seals.

3. The product must not have been installed in the vehicle.

4. You cannot use the part's packaging as a postal package; do not directly attach the shipping order to the part's cardboard packaging, as our company may not accept the product.

5. Depending on the condition of the returned part incomplete, damaged, packaging in poor condition, the refund may be rejected.

6. Naturally, if the product was not requested or has any defects, this warranty covers it.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, THE COMPANY will accept the return of the product and proceed with the refund according to the payment method used, and if applicable, to the shipment of the new product.
