The size is a 6Y, which converts to a 7.5 in Women's, according to Nike's size chart.
In good, used condition. The insides are very clean. The uppers do have some marks and small scuffs. There is fraying on the laces and lace keepers. Soles do not appear to have much wear. Shoes still look very good. Pictures are of the shoes you will receive.
The shoes are ready to wear. They were cleaned and sanitized with a commercial disinfectant formula for your protection.
