This rare find is in fair condition for being close to 200 years old. It has what would be considered age related wear. Spine top and bottom have softening, bends on the corners and discoloration to the pages and the cover. Inside cover has a label from original owner. Binding is loose and toward the back of the book there is a split, although the pages remain intact. Review the pictures for the condition.
