Items are have been opened to remove the Ares Collect and Connect pieces.  Figures have not been removed from the thermoplastic trays. However, per eBay policy, items are considered "used".   See photos for actual product condition. There is shelf wear damage to the packaging. Comes from a pet free and smoke free home.
