The exhaust system corresponds to the EC Directive 97/24/EC, Chapter 9 of permissible sound level and exhaust system of two or three-wheel motor vehicles. Performance Note: Note: If the exhaust has the E-mark (restricted), the system is suitable for the standard engine power (OEM). If the restrictor is removed, the engine power increases considerably. Thus, the General operating permit (ABE) becomes invalid. Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary to fine-tune the carburettor and/or the variator once the restrictor is removed.
