I found these clips in the back stock of a high-end bicycle shop as it ceased operations and they will come to you in the new-without-box condition seen in the included photographs.

For use with flat pedals that call for a toe clip using the popular two-screw mounting standard. Unmarked but look to be size Medium based on my experience.
