Vintage American Character girl doll. She is approximately 20-21” long. She has composition head, arms, and legs, and a cloth body. Evidence of a crier in the doll’s cloth body (visible as a round circle under the cloth surface), though the mechanism is not currently functional. Blue eyes open and close well. Mouth is open, displaying two teeth.

She shows overall wear consistent with her age. In particular, her skin is very flaky -- it almost seems like she might have had an additional layer of paint applied over the original surface? She appears to be much paler underneath the outer layer of paint.
