I'm selling are kept. Clothes are laundered before selling (unless new
with tags) and stored in plastic boxes, but I can't guarantee all items
will be allergen-free

a private seller I don't accept returns on account of a 'change of
heart' or poor fit, but if there are any problems with an item upon receipt
(undisclosed faults, damage during delivery, item hasn't arrived within a
reasonable timeframe etc.) please let me know before leaving feedback

SHIPPING INFO
I
am currently able to post 2-3 times per week, so items will generally
despatch within 2 working days.
Shipping will
be via an economy service e.g. Royal Mail 2nd class;
items over £25 will include tracking/likely require a signature. At the
moment Royal Mail aren't guaranteeing delivery times; in my experience
most domestic mail is arriving within the usual timeframes but there are
the odd delays, so I can't guarantee that something will arrive in time
for a specific date.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: I
will use ebay's global shipping program by default, but if you would
prefer a more direct service (Royal Mail/other couriers) or if you want
to combine items, feel free to ask for a shipping quote! International
mail is suffering a lot of delays and disruption at the moment, so I
will let you know if there aren't any shipping methods available to your
country or if there are significant delays.
