If you are looking for cheap knockoffs low quality items, then we are not the right seller you are looking for. Payment is due within 48 hours of the purchase. Be sure to ask for additional pictures if you are unsure of packaging conditions.  We will try our best to capture any flaws or imperfection.  If you purchased more than one item, be sure to ask before payment and we will combine shipping.  We are not liable for transit damage or lost, but things happen. Therefore, we will make sure we take the utmost responsibility to securing the package. If the package is lost, we will go to USPS and help you investigate, and in special circumstances, we will replace the item or refund you. Items that has the value of over $300 will have additional insurance included.  We intend to make sure customers satisfy with their purchase and get what they expect.  Purchase from us with Confidence!! Returns Policy:

If there are any issues, we encourage you to reach out to us before opening a case, otherwise we can not fully help you.  Refunds are given on product cost only, refunds on shipping will not be given.

If Item listing stated Brand New or Unopened, then all returns are only accepted in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return. Minor shelf-wear on packaging is also not eligible for returns.  Depending on the item, we will decide what is accepted for returns.

As we are a seller of integrity, we expect our customers to have the same core values; therefore, we reserve the rights to waive any returns from buyers:

•100 or less positive feedback on items value $50 or more

•200 or less positive feedback on items value $150 or more

•300 or less positive feedback on items value $200 or more

•400 or less positive feedback on items value $250 or more

•500 or less positive feedback on items value $500 or more

•1000 or less positive feedback on items value $1000 or more

Once it is shipped out, there will be a 15% cancellation/restocking fee of the final cost if you decided to return.

Defective items: If you receive an item with a manufacturer's defect, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order and send back within 10 days for replacement or full refund. Images are required and all replacements are subject to our customer service discretion.  This does not apply to limited edition, collectors edition, or exclusive items.

Shipping Damage: If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a parcel damage claim. Please message me with photographs of the package and damaged contents. *Please note that a minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims. A small bend, scuff or indentation on exterior packaging can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply or shipping processes, therefore it will not be eligible for return.  By making the purchase, you agreed to these terms.
