This card is from the 2003 Topps Gallery Hall of Fame All Painted Set which was a limited edition / release set that debuted in April 2003. Boxes can be found on Ebay for upwards of $300. Each box contains 20 packs and 5 cards per pack.

The base set contains 74 cards and various subsets: 74 base variations, 74 artist's proofs (refractors), 74 artist's proofs variations, currency connection, artifact relics, artifact relic artist's proofs #D/25, artifact relic autographs, artifact relic autographs artist's proofs #D/25, accent autos, accent artist's proofs autographs #D/25, Paint by the Numbers #D/25 and Topps Legends Autographs. All autographs are on-card.

Each pack contains (3) base cards, (1) base variation and (1) artist's proofs card. Each box contains a currency card and (1) artist's proof variation (rare) and autos + relics were randomly inserted.
