This is a NOS/NIB complete set of Sylvania tube set that fit most brands of 1940's All American Five 5 tube table radios; wood, Bakelite and Catalin which use the RCA patent chassis. This tube set will also fit the Hallicrafters S38A/B receiver. Some sets require these enclosed metal 12SA7, 12SK7 and 12SQ7 tubes to eliminate the tube shields. Shields are used to eliminate the possibility of harmonic feedback. 35Z5GT (rectifier) and 50L6GT (power output) tubes are always glass. If you prefer all glass tubes using your existing shields, a tested used set or another brand, please check my other listings.
