This is also the perfect jumper for wearing in drafty country houses without central heating!

This listing is for a Heavyweight V Neck Country Jumper with patches. Our brown mix colour is extremely difficult to photograph accurately as it is made from a melange yarn (mix of coloured fibres). Whilst the overall appearance of the jumper is brown/beige, you can see small amounts of other colours within it.

Delivery Policy

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the packaged mass of the items as charged by Royal Mail. Shipping is free to the UK.

Where do you deliver?

We offer worldwide postage.

All prices include EU taxes as applicable. Carriage rates to outside the EU are offset by the EU VAT element and are ex local taxes at destination.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses (British Forces Postal Office)?

Our normal system does not include delivery service to BFPO addresses but you can request this service by e-mail and we will try to oblige. Please note that Amazon have a good explanation of information required for BFPO deliveries.

How will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are normally made by Royal Mail.

When will my order be delivered?

UK Delivery takes up to 2-3 working days after payment has cleared. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. If your order does not arrive after 5 working days, please Contact us and we will track the order for you within the UK. The time taken for overseas deliveries can vary considerably and are largely dependent on the efficiency of the mail service in the destination country.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which contains a tracking number from our courier.

The product I ordered has arrived faulty / damaged, what should I do?

Please email us and explain that you received your product damaged.

I have received the wrong product, what should I do?

Please email us and explain that you received an incorrect item. Your PayPal account will be refunded in full upon arrival back at our warehouse, should we not be able to supply a replacement.

What is your refund policy?

Should you wish to return a non-faulty item; all items can be returned to us by post within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund to your PayPal account. The item must be in a saleable condition and in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of your product by us to receive your refund. If you have not heard from us within this time please contact us as you may need to claim a refund through Royal Mail if your parcel has been lost in the post. Should a direct replacement not be available, we will refund the value of the item to your paypal account. We are able to offer exchanges. A refund can be given on the product if it is returned within the specified time limit, however postage and package is non-refundable. Payment for postage is the responsibility of the customer. When returning parcels to us please make sure you keep all receipts confirming the postage of your order until you receive email confirmation of your refund from us. It is also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, any parcels not received at our warehouse will not be refunded. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

How do I return an item?

Should you need to return an item for whatever reason, please contact us via e-mail and send the item to the return address provided on your Postage Label.

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process all refunds to your PayPal account as soon as the goods are received back into our warehouse.
